Privacy Policy for Calm Glow Finds Content Operations
Effective date: 10 July 2026
Calm Glow Finds Content Operations is an owner-operated workflow for the Calm Glow Finds Pinterest Business account. AutoPoster OS is the internal system name for the private workflow tool used to plan, review, manually publish today, and measure approved content.
Information We May Process
- Internally created campaign, title, description, board-selection, media-reference, disclosure, compliance, and link-check workflow data
- Owner-entered Pinterest board names or board IDs
- Manual posting status and manually pasted public Pinterest URLs
- Manual performance or analytics data entered by the owner
- Future Pinterest account/API information only if the owner authorizes a reviewed Pinterest API connection
- Basic hosting logs that may be generated by the hosting provider, such as request time, IP address, user agent, and requested path
How We Use Information
- To organize content workflows for Calm Glow Finds
- To prepare content for owner review
- To check links, disclosures, content quality, and duplicate risk
- To support manual posting and posted URL writeback
- To measure content performance when metrics are manually entered or later lawfully retrieved
- To respond to support, privacy, deletion, or access-revocation requests
Cookies, Trackers, and Analytics
This static public site does not set optional cookies, include third-party analytics scripts, or use fingerprinting code. The hosting provider may still process technical request logs needed to serve and protect the site.
Affiliate Links and Referral Data
Calm Glow Finds may use affiliate links. Clicking an external product or platform link may send referral information to the destination website according to that destination's own policies. Calm Glow Finds does not guarantee that every link is an affiliate link.
Pinterest API Access
Pinterest API publishing and OAuth are disabled in the current build. If API access is approved later, the app will use it only for authorized workflows connected to the owner's own Pinterest Business account, such as listing permitted boards if needed, creating individually approved Sandbox Pins during Trial testing, and later retrieving permitted confirmation or analytics after policy verification.
The app does not collect Pinterest passwords or session cookies. It does not scrape Pinterest, automate engagement, sell Pinterest API data, or publish without individual owner approval.
Information Sent To Pinterest
If a future API path is explicitly activated, the app may send only the data required for the approved action, such as a board reference, Pin title, Pin description, destination link, media source, and alt text if supported. Internal approval metadata is kept inside AutoPoster unless Pinterest specifically supports and requires a field.
Information Received From Pinterest
Pinterest API-derived data is treated as restricted by default. Raw API response bodies, account data, board data, Pin data, follower data, request bodies, response bodies, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and client secrets are not stored in Google Sheets, source code, HTML, public documents, logs, screenshots, or demo fixtures.
Permitted confirmation or analytics fields will be stored only after the owner verifies that Pinterest policy allows the exact storage and retention model.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data or Pinterest API data. We do not share Pinterest API data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. We do not combine Pinterest account information with other users' accounts or unrelated services.
Storage, Retention, and Security
Operational workflow data may be stored in private Google Sheets controlled by the account owner. Internal workflow records are retained as business records until the owner removes them. Pinterest API-derived data is denied by default unless a later policy review explicitly allows retention of a specific field.
The current build does not store Pinterest OAuth tokens. Any future token storage must be server-side, hidden from client-side JavaScript, hidden from Sheets, hidden from logs, and removable through a disconnect or revocation process.
No website or workflow can guarantee perfect security. The current public site is static and intentionally avoids forms, cookies, analytics scripts, and client-side credential handling.
Data Deletion and Access Revocation
If someone wants data removed or access revoked, they can contact kandreks@gmail.com. Identity or ownership verification may be requested when needed to protect the account or prevent unauthorized changes.
Pinterest app access can also be revoked from Pinterest account settings at any time if an API connection is enabled in the future.
